Please send questions to info@gsiowa.org.

Girl Scout FAQ

What is my smart cookies login?

Each Troop Product Manager (TPM) needs to first complete their Troop Product Manager Agreement Form so we can enter the troop into Smart Cookies. Once the troop is uploaded into Smart Cookies, the TPM will receive an e-mail with their login information. Please allow 7 business days for this process.

Make sure to add noreply@abcsmartcookies.com to your email contact list. If you have an email address ending in @hotmail.com, @msn.com, @outlook.com, or @live.com you MUST mark noreply@abcsmartcookies.com as a Safe Sender/Approved Contact before you will be able to receive the Smart Cookies registration email with login. Logins are always email addresses, and if the volunteer has more than 1 troop and/or service unit they will still have the same login for each of those. Once they enter in their login name and password they will then be directed to choose which troop/role they want to log into.

A new girl just joined my troop. how do I add her into smart cookies?

Upon receiving the girl’s membership renewal or registration, the council will automatically upload the girl into Smart Cookies. Please note that uploads are completed weekly.
