Troop Product Manager Training - This training webinar is for new or returning Troop Product Managers (TPMs), to prepare for the Fall Program.

Agreements and Forms: 

Troop Product Manager Agreement: Fill out this form to opt in to your role if you are serving as the TPM.

Service Unit Product Chair Agreement: Fill out this form to opt-in to your role if you are serving as the SUPC.

Juliette Parent/Guardian Agreement: If your Girl Scout is not participating in the Product Programs with a troop, please fill out this agreement form.

Product Program Permission Form: (For parents/guardians) The permission form will be turned in to the Troop Product Manager, and only needs to be filled out once for the 2018 Fall Program and 2019 Cookie Program.

Guides and Resources: 

Family Welcome Letter (PDF) and Family Welcome Letter (Fillable): This letter includes information to help families support their Girl Scout in the Fall Product Program, including goal-setting recognition details, a calendar of important dates, and helpful resources.

Goal Poster: Use this poster to set goals with your troop or group, and fill in the paw prints with them to show their progress!

Juliette Deposit-Only Card Guide: This one sheet explains deposit-only cards, which allow Juliettes (individually registered Girl Scouts) to manage their money during the Cookie Program.

Juliette Kit: This kit is meant to help the parents/guardians of Juliettes (individually-registered Girl Scouts) and girls participating in the Fall Program without their troop.

Program Credit Policy: This policy document outlines how program credits (Cookie Dough, Munch Money, and Juliette Program Credits) can be spent.

Promise Card: This card can be printed (if you need additional copies) and filled out by girls during their troop's Fall Product Program kickoff to earn their instant incentive!

Rewards Panel: This panel from the Order Card shows the various rewards and patches that girls can earn through the Fall Program.

Rewards Poster: This poster can be printed and used during your kick-off meeting or troop meetings to highlight the rewards available for this year’s Fall Program.

All About Guide Dogs Patch Program Kit: This patch program was created by Girl Scout Jane G., in collaboration with Girl Scouts of Nassau County (GSNC). All About Guide Dogs is for girls in grades K-8 and teaches them about the importance of guide dogs, and offers collaborative, hands-on activities to learn about them. Download the patch program kit.
