Program Dates: September – October 18
The Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa Fall Product Program is just around the corner! This program is a great opportunity for girls to practice their business skills and is also a fantastic way to earn funds to start your troop year. Check out all of the awesome feature this year right here! If you haven’t tried it yet – we highly encourage you to attend one of our training events to learn how easy and fun it is – girls not only learn awesome skills and get rewards, but the troop benefits with some start-up funds for the year!

Agreement Forms – It’s important for Product Program volunteers to fill out an agreement form for their appropriate role. Agreement Forms are required to gain access to UNIFY, the online management system.
Troop Product Manager (TPM) Agreement – Troop Product Managers are in charge of how the Fall Product Program happens in their troops. TPMs will receive a link to order a free, personalized Fall Program t-shirt, shipped directly to them. (One per troop.)
Service Unit Product Chair (SUPC) Agreement – New this year! Service Unit Product Chairs who fill out their SUPC Agreement and enter their service unit’s delivery station details in UNIFY by October 11 will receive a FREE Girl Scout stocking cap.
Juliette Parent/Guardian Agreement – Troop not participating in the Fall Product Program, but your Girl Scout still wants to? Parents/Guardians, please fill out this agreement for her to participate individually. Juliette Parents/Guardians who register as members and fill out the Juliette Parent/Guardian Agreement will also receive a link to order their own free, personalized Fall Program t-shirt. (One per Juliette Parent/Guardian.)

Fall Product Program Training for Troop Product Managers - This training is for those managing the Fall Program as a Troop Product Manager (TPM) or as a Juliette Parent/Guardian. It provides an overview of the Fall Program, tips on how to successfully manage it, and a live walk-through of UNIFY, the online system for the Fall Program.
Fall Product Program Training for Service Unit Product Chair - This training is for those managing the Fall Program as a Service Unit Product Chair (SUPC). It provides an overview of the Fall Program, tips on how to successfully manage it as a SUPC, and a live walk-through of UNIFY, the online system for the Fall Program.
Fall Product Program Training for Juliette Parent/Guardians - This training is for those managing the Fall Program as a Juliette Parent/Guardian. It provides an overview of the Fall Program and tips on how to successfully manage it for a Juliette.

Awesome Autumn Adventure Activity Kit - We’ve put together a fun, seasonal activity kit that you can use this fall – complete with an fun patch! Custom patches will be available in the Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa (GSGI) council shops or our online shop by the end of September
2019 Fall Product Program Kit - Check this out to learn all about the Fall Program. It includes everything you need to know!
Product Program Permission Form - Print a copy of this form for each of your girls. Their parents/guardians need to sign before selling Fall Product.
Family Welcome Letter - This letter has everything families need to know about the Fall Product Program. You can customize it as needed and share with the families in your troop.
Promise Card - Have each girl and her parent/guardian sign this card before selling Fall Product.
Nut Order Card - This printable order card is available for those needing additional materials.
Program Credit Policy - Information on how Program Credits (Cookie Dough, Munch Money, and Juliette Program Credits) and Troop Credits can be earned and used through the Product Programs.

Paying for Fall Product
· Payment Adjustment Form - Fill out this form if you need to alter the amount withdrawn from the troop account due to extenuating circumstances.
· Bad Check Form - Fill out this form if you receive a bad check/check with insufficient funds.
· Girl Shortage Form - Fill out this form if you are having trouble collecting funds for cookies exchanged with a troop family.
